We want every family to be happy with their book.
Website purchases
- You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying, for any reason.
- After 14 days, we will still refund you if the book does not work or is not as described.
- To ask for a refund, use the link in your Paddle receipt email, or visit paddle.net, or email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are paid by Paddle to the card you used, usually within 5 to 10 working days.
App purchases
- Google Play lets you request a refund for a purchase within 48 hours in the Play Store.
- After 48 hours, email [email protected] with your Google Play order number and we will help.
After a refund
When a book is refunded, it is removed from your library.
